SHORE EXCURSION HIGHLIGHT

December 31, 2009 · Posted in dance bloggers · Comment

The February 27th and Nov 13th cruises to the MEXICAN RIVIERA will feature special shore excursions , in some cases, just for our group. Today I would like to highlight the WHALE WATCHING in Cabo San Lucus.
This  is a wonderous opportunity to go out on catamaran to see an abundance of whales, dolphins and other fish. We will watch them jump and play near the boat. This will be a perfect match to some of the ideas that we will be exploring in the way of our own fluidity. These great being have much to teach us.

Brain Balance update

December 31, 2009 · Posted in dance bloggers · Comment
It has been a couple weeks since coming back from Scottsdale, Az. from the Brain State Technologies offices where I had some sessions on Brain State Conditioning. I am really pleased to find that these past two weeks have given me more results from this balancing of my brain lobes. I first noticed an easier time hitting the ball in racket ball. At first this was subtle but each time I played it got stronger. I am sleeping through the night occasionally and that is something I have not done in 10 years. My meditations are deeper and I look forward to awakening at 4 or 5 and meditating of a couple hours. This week my car is taking a permanent vacation due to wiring problems and my MP3 died from internal rearranging. I am a firm believer in symbols and can only interpret these things as reflecting my new state of transformation. I also handled these seemingly stressful situations in a new manner of calm. I think the increase in brain placidity allows things to move more easily. This is only the second week I have been home so I look forward to more and more changes and my brain begins to move to greater degrees of balance.

Happy new year!

I will be ringing in the new year tonight to the tunes of a great DJ and lovely friend at the opening milonga of our local festival. I am looking forward to some blissful dances, and I have decided to cheat and wear my tango shoes at least part of the time. :) I deserve it.

Here's to a wonderful beginning to 2010!

You guys, Happy New Year!

…when I promise to be better about blogging :) I’m sorry about being so lame for the past month– I mean, two posts this week??? Getting this book out has just been so time consuming. Speaking of which, it’s now out in the Kindle version, so if you have a Kindle reader, it’s cheaper than the print version.

Anyway, happy New Year’s Eve, happy New Year’s Day! Will talk to you all again in 2010!
