Besides team Black Swan vs. team Mao’s Last Dancer, one of the most talked about dance topics of the last few weeks is Reflections, the Bolshoi/Orange County Performing Arts Centre collaboration. A number of Russian dancers are currently in California rehearsing for the project which will premiere early next year. Last month, approximantely 10,000 people attended our four performances at OCPAC. Each performance ended with a standing ovation and quite a few people came back to see the company more than once over the weekend!

Dance Channel TV Interview

Here’s an oldie that hasn’t been posted yet (the blog didn’t exist then!). This was back in the fall of 2008, when Shen Wei Dance Arts was interviewed by Dance Channel TV at the Orange County Performing Arts Center.
